    • Refund amounts and accuracy will be evaluated based on documented evidence provided by the customer.
  • Notification:
    • Customers must notify Direct Funder, LLC within 30 days of discovering a higher refund amount or greater accuracy from another service provider.

  • Verification Process:
    • Direct Funder, LLC reserves the right to independently verify the claim.
    • Customers must provide all necessary documentation for the comparison.
  • Matching Refund:
    • If a higher refund amount is validated, Direct Funder, LLC will match the higher amount.
    • The additional $500 will be issued to the customer within 30 days.
  • Accuracy Comparison:
